NORGESTION ha asesorado a MÁSMÓVIL en el proceso de salida al Mercado Continuo tras cotizar en el Mercado Alternativo Bursátil (MAB) desde 2012.
MásMóvil se ha convertido así en la primera compañía en dar el salto al Mercado Continuo desde el MAB, tras su debut el pasado 14 de Julio en una operación pionera en el mercado de capitales en España.
MásMóvil comenzó a cotizar en el Mercado Alternativo Bursátil en marzo de 2012 y desde entonces su cotización ha ido multiplicándose basando su estrategia en una política selectiva de crecimiento orgánico y adquisiciones de otros operadores de telecomunicaciones.
Un punto de inflexión en la historia de MásMóvil fue la integración en 2015 de la empresa cotizada donostiarra Ibercom, empresa especializada en telecomunicaciones para pymes y la propia MásMóvil. A raíz de esa operación, MásMóvil fue ganando tamaño, si bien su despegue definitivo se produjo en 2016, con la compra de Pepephone y de Yoigo, el cuarto operador del sector en aquel momento.
NORGESTION asesoró a MásMóvil Ibercom en 2012 en su salida al Mercado Alternativo Bursátil, manteniéndose durante este periodo de éxito 2012-2017 como su Asesor Registrado. A lo largo de los años NORGESTION ha acompañado a MásMóvil en todo su desarrollo, culminando esta etapa de crecimiento con el asesoramiento al Grupo en su salto al Mercado Continuo.

MásMóvil was the first company to make this move to the main market since MAB was founded in the year 2006, thus becoming a pioneer in the Spanish financial markets.
MásMóvil was listed on the Mercado Alternativo Bursátil "MAB" in March 2012 and since, its quotation has multiplied thanks to a Corporate strategy based on a selected mix of organic growth and acquisitions of other telecom operators.
An important moment in MásMóvil's history was the integration with the quoted company Ibercom in 2015. Ibercom, based in San Sebastian, is specialized in telecom services for medium and small businesses, thus complementing MásMóvil's focus on the consumer market. Thanks to this deal, MásMóvil gained size, but the decisive step was made in 2016, when it acquired both Pepephone and Yoigo, at that time the 4th operator in Spain.
NORGESTION advised MásMóvil Ibercom in 2012 in its listing at the Mercado Alternativo Bursátil and since has acted as it Registered Advisor.
