Our Story

At our origin, a large part of our activity was focused on specific problems companies in crisis faced: bankruptcies, feasibility studies, strategic planning for the reorganization and profitability...

Guided always by a pioneering and innovative spirit, we started our development as business intermediaries, opening of markets and improving competitiveness. We took part in the constitution and promotion of some of the first venture capital companies in Spain and for the specific development of the activity of temporary management of companies, we created our own structure, which has positioned us today as a benchmark firm in Spain in this activity and as one of the main consulting companies in the Mid-market.

We decided to expand our business internationally, and thus we created our internationals organizations Mergers Alliance, which focuses on Mergers and Acquisitions on a global scale and WIL Group, the largest international partnership of professional services firms specialized in interim & turnaround management. This allows us to currently have specialists in all the main economies in the world.

And today, as always and as an independent company, we keep pushing the boundaries, with the aim of continuing to discover new opportunities for our clients and our firm.
