Our Code of Conduct is organized into six categories that contain the key principles that should be used by everyone at NORGESTION guiding our behavior in every activity area.
The corporate culture at NORGESTION, through its ethical principles, is a fundamental pillar on which we base our activity and guides the way in which our professionals relate to clients.
Among our ethical principles, we highlight:
Confidentiality and professional secrecy are some of the main obligations of NORGESTION workers who, regardless of the function they perform, are obliged to maintain confidentiality about all information derived from the advice given to clients.
Likewise, we reject any conduct that may alter and/or modify objectivity in the decision-making processes of the people with whom we interact, both in the national or foreign public sector or in the private sector.
Consequently, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for corruption.
In order to guarantee compliance with the regulations on the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, we have established procedures for the acceptance of clients and matters.
Within NORGESTION, in order to avoid situations of possible conflicts of interest, we have developed and equipped ourselves with a series of principles and systems for detecting conflicts of interest that allow us to ensure the principles and interests of our clients and those of our firm.
NORGESTION, to prevent the flow of privileged information between its different areas of activity, complies with the obligations established by the Stock Market Law in order to guarantee and avoid conflicts of interest and the use of Inside Information.
Confidentiality and professional secrecy constitute some of the main obligations of NORGESTION employees.
For this reason, all NORGESTION workers, regardless of the functions they perform, are obliged to maintain confidentiality about all the information derived from the advice given to clients.
Thus, within NORGESTION's Internal Code of Conduct, confidentiality, the protection of personal data and cybersecurity are specifically regulated.
