In order to guarantee compliance with the regulations on the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, we have established procedures for the acceptance of clients and matters.
Within NORGESTION, in order to avoid situations of possible conflicts of interest, we have developed and equipped ourselves with a series of principles and systems for detecting conflicts of interest that allow us to ensure the principles and interests of our clients and those of our firm.
NORGESTION, to prevent the flow of privileged information between its different areas of activity, complies with the obligations established by the Stock Market Law in order to guarantee and avoid conflicts of interest and the use of Inside Information.
